Shipping Rates: Shipping is $5.99 (Priority flat rate envelope)
It increases in shipping as order totals increase. It goes up to $16.50 (Priority flat
rate box) at about $70 or $75 merchandise totals.
If your order totals $75.00 or higher and the higher box rate is applied to your order AND if I can fit
everything in the smaller flat rate envelope, I will do that and refund the difference on the shipping back to you.

Please note that when you place an order, I may have a question about your order - and if so,
will probably email you within 2 days of the time you place your order- So, for myself and any other vendor
you order from - you may want to make it a habit to check your email for couple days after you place an order.

Paypal using Visa, MC, AmEx or Discover.
You can email or mail your order and pay by check or money order also.
If you pay by check, your order will ship approx. 7-10 days after I receive your check while it clears
(this is also true if you use the E-CHECK option thru Paypal- it takes 5-7 days for it to clear thru Paypal). If
you want immediate shipping, please send a money order. Please make sure you include
some contact info- a phone or email address if you are mailing your order so that I have some way to contact
you if there is a problem. You can also call (740-477-1238 or 740-497-104) or
email (email@example.com) your order directly to me.
NOTE- If you are using E-Check via Paypal please note that there is a delay in shipping.
Paypal recommends that nothing be shipped until the Echeck clears your bank- usually about 5 -7 days. If you use this
option, just realize that your order will not be shipped in the typical 24-48 hour span.

package after it is shipped. I will not be responsible for packages after they leave Articus Studio.

I strive for prompt customer service and usually ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order.
However, conventions and other out of town functions will be the exception, so please be patient if you have placed an
order while I am out of town (see shipping delay schedule below), I will ship as soon as I return home. Thank

Feel free to use our rubber stamps for any art project either for your own personal use or for sale.
I have no restrictions on the Articus Studio unmounted stamps.
For other companies stamps, you wil have to check their policy on use.
What if an ordered item is out of stock? I strive to have everything in stock but occasionally
someone may order 6 or 8 of one item that will deplete my stock on hand. When this happens several things may occur.
If it is an order within the U.S. and I know I will be receiving the ordered item in a couple days, I will generally hold
the order (I always email when this happens) and ship the order complete.
If the item ordered won't be in for a week or so, I often ship the order and backorder that item and ship it when it
If the item costs less than $5.00 I may just issue a refund, at my discretion, for the item.
I don't backorder any item for international shipments and, in many instance, will notify you when an item is out
of stock and see if you want to replace it with another in stock item.
