Seriously??? You haven't tried bottle caps yet????
Bottle caps are a lot of fun. I love how versatile they are. Use them in jewelry (bracelets,
necklaces, earrings), scrapbooks, cards, assemblage and mixed media art, Christmas tree ornaments. Include your
kids or grandkids in many of these fun projects. Great for classroom projects too.
If you are not a fan of the bottle cap stickers below- you can easily make your own with any 1" diameter
circle punch. Just select your picture, pretty paper, etc., punch and adhere to the top or inside of the bottle caps.
The top and inside of the bottle caps measure 1" in diameter. I have used Ranger Glossy Accents to adhere the paper
to the caps and then used it again to add a glossy dimenstional accent to the top of the paper. It seals and protects
too.
This bottlecap sample above has a rounded dome charm that was covered with Graphics 45 paper in the
center. The dome part of the charm gives it an added dimension.

Bottle Cap & Sticker Pendant |
Just glue a pin back to the back of the flattened bottle cap and you have an adorable little pin.
Great on a jean jacket, pin to a purse, hat, sweater, maybe even your tennis shoes.
I used Graphic 45 Curtain Call paper, cut put a piece I liked and adhered it with Ranger Glossy Accents
to the inside of the flattened bottle cap and then used Ranger Glossy Accents on the top too to seal and protect. If
I wanted additional dimension, I could use more layers, but I just used one coat.
I used 2 different shoe charms from our wide assortment of brass charms and the "your mother's purse" brass
charm.

Fleur de Lis Flatteneed Bottle Cap Accent |
Using a 1" paper punch, punch out a snip of your favorite paper- mine is 7 Gypsies or Graphic 45, adhere
to the bottle cap inside and add a wonderful embellishment like this fleur de lis. Simpe and yet so elegant. We
have many brass charms and embellishments that will class up any project.
Jumbo Bottle Cap Sample- the color did not scan very well because the scanner picks up best what is closest
to the glass, but as you can see, a lot can fit in a jumbo cap.
JUMBO Bottle Caps-They are as big as a house- well maybe approx. 2" in diameter anyway. These
are deep too, approx. 1/4". You can put a hole in the top and use as a pendant, add your favorite picture, collage,
etc- even 3d collage. The come in a bright silver finish. Unlike other bottle caps that may have a ridge or a
liner on the inside, these are completely smooth inside and backside. The picture shows a jumbo cap beside a regular
cap. Sold per piece.

Mini Bottle Caps~Okay I think we have all the sizes now. These are very cute!! They are a bright
silver finish and measure approx, almost 3/4" wide measuring across the open fluted end. This end allows you to add
things to the recessed center, including resins. Its side wals are approx. 3/16" high. The bottle cap top end
measures approx. 1/2" across, this is the smooth side. These are a great size for earrings, hint hint. Pkg
5 caps.

Metal Hole Punch Pliers, 1.8mm~These are great to punch holes in your bottle caps to make necklaces,
bracelets, ornaments, hang charms from, etc. This tool will punch a 1.8 mm hole in metal sheet stock up to 20 gauge;
ideal for cold connections and creating pendants, creates a smooth hole with no rough edges or dents in sheet, extra long
jaws for extended reach and a bonus replacement pin included.
I used this on some of the samples I recently posted and worked great. I am a tool junkie anyhow and I do have
other tools for punching holes like the Crop-a-Dile and the rectangle bar shaped hole punch that will punch on both ends-
don't know what technical name is- both of thes work wonderful but they don't work very well on the bottle caps. So
this tool is invaluable for them. You can also punch holes in bottle caps using a wood block beneath you and a nail-
and I have- but this is so easy and clean and sweet.
You can also use this for punching holes in brass blanks- works great and it is a very clean punch. It comes
with instructions on the back of the package-especially for using the gauge guard (which is the back screw like thing closer
to the handles).

or inside of any traditional size bottle cap.

Graphic 45 Curtain Call Paper on standard bottle cap |
Metal tin painted with white gesso, decorated with bottle caps, 7 Gypsies gaffer tape, wood feet painted
with black gesso and detail added tihe Ranger Inkessential white pen, Graphics 45 paper and 7 Gypsies acrylic stamps.
The instructions to make this adorable vintage book purse can be found in Cards, Mini-Books & More book above.
My granddaughters love anything "princess" so using Walt Disney Bottle Caps Stickers, plastic beads and Articus
Studio Bottle Caps, I made this adorable necklace.
Using an inexpensive pendant, I placed a flattened silver bottle cap inside with bottle cap knobbies up and placed an
Art Elements sticker on the bottle cap. So Simple. You could make an elegant look like this using an Art Keeper
Pendant and a flattened gold bottle cap.
Another Idea~ Use your favorite paper on the bottle cap- maybe a plan one and use a monogram; try
some map paper on one, add some plain paper and try a 7 Gypsies rub on over it for a cool look. So many ways you can
go.
